Helping people BECOME.

You don’t need to have it all figured out. Sometimes you just need better questions, a different perspective, and the courage to find out what comes next.

A little direction. A little wisdom. A lot of becoming.

A cairn marks the way without telling you where you have to go. Sage represents wisdom… the kind you gather through experience, reflection, and learning to trust yourself.

That’s the idea behind Cairn & Sage.

You probably already have more of the answers than you think you do. Sometimes you just need someone to ask the question you haven’t asked yourself yet. Someone to help you look at things a little differently, sort through the noise, and figure out what comes next.

You decide where you’re going. Sometimes it just helps to have a marker along the way.

Maybe you're not stuck. Maybe you're just ready for something different.

You don’t have to be falling apart to want something to change.

Maybe life is actually pretty good, but you know something is missing. Maybe you’ve been thinking about making a change but keep talking yourself out of it. Maybe you know exactly what you want and have absolutely no idea how to get there.

Or maybe you can’t even name what’s wrong. You just know this isn’t how you envisioned your life.

That’s enough of a place to start.

CAIRN

Personal coaching for whatever comes next.

Coaching doesn’t mean I’ll tell you what you should do. Frankly, you probably have enough people doing that already.

We’ll talk about where you are, where you want to be, and what’s getting in the way. Sometimes that means working toward a specific goal. Sometimes it means sorting through a decision, changing the way you’ve been thinking about something, or simply figuring out what you want in the first place.

There isn’t one right way to become.

SAGE

I'm not here because I've always had it figured out.

I’ve changed directions more than once. I’ve started over, questioned what I was doing, made choices that worked and plenty that didn’t. Somewhere along the way, I realized that figuring things out is actually something I’m pretty good at.

I’m curious by nature. I ask a lot of questions. I want to know why something works, why it doesn’t, and what might happen if we look at it differently.

That’s a big part of how I coach, too. I’m not interested in telling you who you should become. I’m interested in helping you figure out who you want to become.
